REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
You cannot return any products, but our customer friendly exchange policy allows for the returning of eligible items within one week from the date the items are received via sending an email to orders@itba3li.com with all order details included.

In order to facilitate the exchange process, items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.

If the exchange is due to a mistake from our end, we will be glad to take care of the collection and shipping of the item; in all other cases you should send us the item in whichever way you prefer and we will exchange it for you.
